Throughout this document, these are collectively referred to as "the Apps" or "our Services."

Welcome to NutriPro AI. By accessing or using our mobile applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using any of the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

NutriPro AI publishes AI-powered nutrition and wellness applications. Our Apps include:

NutriPro AI: Diet Coach — personalized diet plans, meal tracking, AI food recognition for calorie estimates, daily and weekly progress dashboards, meal reminders, access to diet plan history, and an AI nutrition coach chat powered by multiple diet specialties (Keto, Mediterranean, Paleo, DASH, and more).

Nutri AI: Intermittent Fasting — fasting timer with multiple plans (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, custom), body phase insights (anabolic, catabolic, fat burning, ketosis, autophagy), Lock Screen and Dynamic Island Live Activities, water and weight tracking, AI meal photo analysis, and an AI fasting assistant chat.

IMPORTANT: Our Apps are NOT medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

The information, recommendations, diet plans, and fasting schedules provided by the Apps are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You should always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before starting any new diet, fasting protocol, or making significant changes to your eating habits — especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medications, or have concerns about your health.

NutriPro AI does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Our AI-generated recommendations are based on general nutrition principles and the information you provide, but they cannot account for all individual health circumstances.

Additional Notice — Intermittent Fasting (Nutri AI: Intermittent Fasting only):

Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone and may be harmful for certain individuals. Do NOT use Nutri AI: Intermittent Fasting if any of the following apply to you:

You are under 18 years of age
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You have Type 1 diabetes or insulin-dependent Type 2 diabetes
You have a history of eating disorders (such as anorexia or bulimia)
You are underweight or have a BMI below the healthy range
You take medications that require food intake at specific times
You have a medical condition that requires regular meals

If any of the above applies to you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the app. Stop fasting immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, fainting, severe fatigue, or any other concerning symptoms.

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Apps. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false information may result in termination of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Management: Our Apps offer subscription plans on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. All subscriptions are processed and managed exclusively through the App Store (iOS). Each app is billed independently — a subscription to one app does not include access to the other.

Pricing: Final pricing for all subscription plans is always displayed within the App Store before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged through your App Store account.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Trial: If you sign up for a free trial, you will be automatically charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NutriPro AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate NutriPro AI, our employees, other users, or any other person or entity
Use the service to harm minors in any way
Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service
Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the application
Use the service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

7. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to NutriPro AI, including meal photos, personal data, and messages to our AI coach. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through the app. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of NutriPro AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of NutriPro AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Apps use artificial intelligence to generate personalized diet plans, fasting guidance, meal recommendations, calorie estimates from photos, body phase calculations, and coaching responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI is not perfect and that recommendations should be used in conjunction with your own judgment and professional medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriPro AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NutriPro AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Data Privacy

Your use of NutriPro AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by deleting your account through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NutriPro AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or to enforce these Terms.

16. Third-Party Services

NutriPro AI may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NutriPro AI regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the service.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by NutriPro AI.
